Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EYESTOP! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle and deliver your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within India. All domestic orders include tracking and are shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS, DHL Express (depending on your region).


4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  • Check your tracking number.

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • If still unresolved, reach out to us at eyestop.fashion@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


7. Shipping Address Changes

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


8. Preorders and Custom Items

Preorders and custom-designed items may have longer processing times. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.
