Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Custom or personalized T-shirts

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 3 days. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at eyestop.fashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item and notify us with tracking details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
